Dr. Virk is an amazing chiropractor. Gentle, personable, always with a smile to greet you and make you feel comfortable. He has helped me get through many injuries and pains.
I am currently seeing Tae and he is the most knowlegeable physiotherapist I've ever been to. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. I had a back issue that was very painful and because of my treatments with Tae, that pain is just about gone.

I have also experienced one of Keith's massages and having had many massages over the years, I can honestly say, Keith is one of the best.

I highly recommend the St. Lawrence Wellness Centre! Everyone there including Amelia at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming  The Still Spot

I have been going to Dr. Virk for about a decade now. He's a true professional - he's very good at what he does - he's gentle and effective with adjustments. He always makes me feel welcome and special.

I've been to both Keith & Nao for massages and they are both excellent. Personable and so good at what they do.

I highly recommend the St. Lawrence Wellness Centre!  Sandy Segelvik
